Hi to my dear batchmates,

Nice to contact all of you once again. Some corrections -
To Anil, the teacher was Annie Eapachen (not Eapen).
To Ashams, Gangadharan sir has not taught us in 6th or 7th std.
Also,Russian classes were in Std 6th only (not 7th).

So, shall we go through important events in our batch in 6D?

In 1988,
June 1 – classes start
Monthly test in last weeks of June & July – 1st rank Boban.
July 14 – visit to Aruvikkara dam, S & T Museum (vide supra)
August 1 – Talents day. Remember Kishore Natarajan as student
Principal.
Aug 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 19 - 1st terminal exam
Aug 20 to 31 – Onam vacation
Sept 1 – Class reopens
Oct 7 to 9 -Science Fair (Remember the working models, Still models,
charts, collections, Experiments & Improvisations, Music, English,
Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil stalls, and the health talk in the nights by ?

Oct end– Monthly test
Dec 15, 16,19, 20, 21, 23 – Second terminal exam
Dec 23 – Xmas fete
Dec 24 to Jan 1 – Christmas vacation.

In 1989,
Jan 2 – School reopens
No monthly test or other event other than Youth Festival
March 8, 9, 10, 13, 28, 30 – Final examination (SSLC in between from
15 to 22)
Mar 30 – Closed for summer vacation.
