Thanx Cherry, Kalyanaraman, Anil, Anup & Abhilash for the concern shown to me. Now I am in my full health. Best wishes to BOBY GEORGE on your marriage. May the Lord grant you a long married life. I will be back in Trivandrum only by mid January. So, let the get together happen, and those who attend, please post in the snaps. Mahesh, you have rightly pointed out the hazards of coronary artery disease. For everyone's information, changing food habits for good, doing exercise etc, reduces the risk of many other diseases as well like hypertension, diabetes mellites, obesity & their dreaded complications.

Continuing with my sessions on Std X.E,
Hindi : We had a main text book which included prose as well as poems. Also there was a supplementary reader with 7 stories like `Choti Jadugar' and others.

Mathematics : Stancy teacher taught the subject.She taught us equations related to Pascal's triangle like (a+b)3 = a3 + b3 + 3a2b + 3ab2. Also formulae for (a-b)3, a3-b3, a3 + b3 etc were taught. Figures like hollow cylinder, cone, pyramid etc were taught with calculations of their volume, TSA, slant height etc. The polynomial theorem, basis of trigonometry for calculations etc were taught. Quadratic equations ie, x = -b + (b2 – 4ac)1/2 /2a were taught. Besides, basics of statistics, computers were also taught.
