Memoirs of Christ Nagar XIII

Hi all,

Nice to contact all of you once again.

Nitin,the number attached to my memoirs session is only the volume of the session no, and does
not denote the class. Hope you remember me when we were together in VI.D. Another correction - Our school started classes below 5th, classes above 10th, and introduction of girls not immediately after our batch, rather more than one year later.

Today, we are remembering our 7th std (I was in Std VII.D). Our VII.D class was in the ground floor right extreme (for some days) and 2nd floor (some days). Our class teacher was Thomas Joseph sir. Our classmates included Sabarisree, Dinu MB, Vinay Shenoy, Sreekanth, Deepu G, Sajith Jacob, Thomas, Sajith Raj,. Achutan, Brijesh PR, Siddhardh Banerjee, Rajaraja Varma, Ajith R, Nijil George, Arnold Raj, Alex Punnen, Renjit Shanker, Sunil R, George M
Alex, Joe George, Martin Thomas, Paramesh C, Viswath Raj, Jimmy Joseph, Sibi MD, Sebastian Jose, Shanoj Hussain, Renju, Basant D, Binu Viswam, David John, Aby Philip, Vidhukutan, Krishnakumar , Rolland Chungath etc.

Mathematics : Mr.Thomas Joseph. He taught the principles in a superb manner.
Moral Science : Thomas Joseph sir
English : Mrs.Annie Ignatius teacher. She taught in her own way of
teaching.
Paper I Guided English- It had 30 chapters , all parts of novels,
including Helen of Troy, the Great Plague of London, Fr.Damien and
lepers, and others. Poetry text of Mr.Zecharias included `A red red
rose' and others.
Paper II had 3 books. One was the adventurous story of the family of
Mr.Primrose. Another was `Stories and Myths from East & West' by
Mr.Zecharias P Thundy, which was mainly the Greek mythology. Another
was the supplementary reader by the Kerala state syllabus, a
collection of 10 stories.
